  • Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
  • Red Curry Powder 3 teaspoons
  • Duck wings 12 pieces

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic using a meat grinder or food processor. Mix all the ingredients in a plastic bag. Let marinate for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Remove the wings, pat dry, and grill or bake on a rack at 480°F for 15-20 minutes.
