The minced meat should be marbled beef.
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Sesame bun 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the buns in milk, finely chop the onion and dill.
Step 2
Add the egg, onion, dill, and bread passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well!
Step 3
Shape the minced meat into cutlets, placing a piece of cheese in the center. Make sure to hide it well and do this with all the minced meat. Coat all the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Fry them like regular cutlets.
