  • Marbled Beef 10 oz
  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Potato 15 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Paprika 0 oz
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into cubes. Place the beef, lemon juice, paprika, 0.25 tsp of salt and pepper, and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into a bowl. Mix well and let it marinate.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Step 3

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4

Place the potatoes (without any liquid) on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 6

Sprinkle with 0.25 tsp of salt and pepper.

Step 7

Stir the potatoes with a spoon, mixing in the oil and spices.

Place in the oven for 8 minutes.

Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.

Carefully remove the baking tray and place the meat next to the potatoes.

Bake in the oven for an additional 12 minutes.
