- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2-3 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mackerel and cut it into pieces.

Peel and chop the vegetables.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of a dish with vegetable oil, add the onion and bell pepper, and lightly salt and pepper.

Place the pieces of mackerel on top, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Top the mackerel with pieces of tomatoes.

Using a mixer, whip together the sauce ingredients: sour cream, mustard, eggs, and flour, then pour it over the fish.
