Description

Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 2 slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Season the mackerel fillet with salt and pepper, place a strip of bacon on the inside of the fillet, and roll it up. Secure it.

Step 2

Bake for 15–20 minutes at 390°F. It is preferable to place it with the skin side down on the baking sheet.
