Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Steaks 5 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Potato 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the machete steak sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet and place the steak in it.
Step 3
Place a piece of butter weighing 5 grams on top. Sear for about 3 minutes on high heat.
Step 4
Flip the steak.
Step 5
Add the remaining butter on top. Sear for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the mixed peppers.
Step 7
Season with salt.
Step 8
Flip again. Reduce the heat to medium and sear for another 5 minutes.
Step 9
Place the vegetables on a plate. Place the steak on the plate.
Step 10
Season with chili flakes and coarse pink salt. Serve.
