Ingredients
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Pasta (corkscrew) 2 cups
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Onion ¼ head
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Swiss Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Step 2
Start boiling the pasta.
Step 3
Melt the butter over heat, mix in the flour, and stir until it turns golden (Make sure there are no lumps: lumps are bad).
Step 4
Add the milk, mix well, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Divide the cooked pasta into two parts. Place one part on a baking sheet (which should be greased with butter beforehand).
Step 6
Sprinkle finely chopped onion, cheese, salt, and pepper on top.
Step 7
Place the remaining pasta on top, sprinkle with cheese and onion, don't forget the salt and pepper, and pour over the prepared sauce.
Step 8
Cover with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.
