Step 1
Pass the veal, lamb fat, and finely chopped onion through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Next, knead the filling thoroughly and gently beat it. Add salt and pepper to taste, and knead again thoroughly.
Step 3
Shape the minced meat into the desired form and skewer it on a skewer stick.
Step 4
Grill until cooked through for about 7 minutes.
