Ingredients
- Pork Mince 20 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Basil to taste
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Rice 3 tablespoons
- Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Bread roll 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the fish mince through a meat grinder with the bread roll softened in milk, add soy sauce, nutmeg, basil, raw egg, and mix well.
Step 2
Then add the green onion, boiled rice, and mix everything again until homogeneous, then cool in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Shape portions of the mince into long patties, thread onto skewers, and grill over coals until cooked through.

You can wrap the lula kebab in foil for a juicier dish.
