  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Cilantro 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Green Onions 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make the filling from the meat, one onion, garlic, green onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, and thoroughly beat the mixture against the table with force.
