Lula Kebab in Lavash with Herbs

Ingredients
- Lamb 30 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Fat Tail Fat 5 oz
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onions.
Step 3
Pass the lamb through a meat grinder along with the onions and fat tail.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Knead thoroughly by hand. The mixture should be quite sticky.
Step 6
Form sausages from the mixture.
Step 7
Skewer them on pre-soaked wooden sticks.
Step 8
Grill on a barbecue or grill, turning occasionally, until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
Step 9
Finely chop all the herbs.
Step 10
Spread the herbs on a sheet of lavash, place a sausage on top, and roll it up.
