Ingredients
- Lamb 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Herbs 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared lamb (loin or brisket) into small pieces, place them in a pot with heated butter, and sauté.
Step 2
Then add the sautéed finely chopped onion, sorted, washed, and finely chopped herbs, washed and halved tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Simmer the meat in a tightly covered pot until cooked through.
