- Long-Grain Rice 2 cups
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Rinse the rice several times.
Step 2
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add the rice, salt, add the butter, stir, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Rinse the pork, boil it, and cut it into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.

Mix the porridge with the pork, transfer to a clay pot, and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
