Ingredients
- Canned Crabs 1 can
- Onion 4 heads
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Milk to taste
- Grated Ginger Root a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rice to taste
- Tomato Puree to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the meat of lobsters or crabs (rinse canned crabs with warm water) with finely chopped onion (1 piece), salt, pepper, vinegar, vegetable oil, and ginger powder.
Step 2
Let marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Prepare a liquid batter from flour, milk, and egg, and let it rest for 1 hour as well.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion, mix with finely chopped ginger, add a whole clove of garlic, and sauté.
Step 5
Once the onion becomes soft, remove the garlic, add tomato puree, and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Lightly dry the marinated lobsters or crabs, dip them in the prepared batter, and fry in a large amount of well-heated vegetable oil.
Step 7
Serve immediately with fluffy rice. Serve the sauce separately in a sauceboat.
