Ingredients
- Lobster tails 1 piece
- Béchamel sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Butter 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the lobster like a crab, cut it in half lengthwise, remove all the meat, chop it, place it in a pot, pour in a tablespoon of béchamel sauce, add a little cayenne pepper and nutmeg, and mix everything well.
Step 2
Stir and fill the lobster shell halves with this mixture.
Step 3
Sprinkle with grated breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and place a few pieces of butter on top.
Step 4
Place both halves of the lobster in a saucepan and put it in the oven to brown the surface.
