Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Beef Kidneys 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the liver, remove membranes, and cut out the bile ducts. Cut into small pieces, coat in flour mixed with salt, pepper, and ginger. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the apples into pieces similar in size to the liver.

Step 3

In the pots, layer the pieces of liver, mixing them with the apples, and layer with mayonnaise two or three times.

Step 4

Cover the pots with lids and place in the oven preheated to 180–390°F for 30 minutes.
