Ingredients
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Safflower Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the liver and grind it using a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add the eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly, then add ground black pepper and salt. Heat 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and scoop the mixture with a tablespoon.
Step 3
Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve with vegetables.
