Description

This dish is generally served cold, but I prefer it warm. While the cake cools, it soaks up the flavors. I prepared it the night before, allowing it to marinate in the refrigerator all night.

  • Chicken Liver 25 oz
  • Wheat Flour 3 spoons
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blend the liver with eggs, flour, salt, and pepper until you achieve a liquid consistency. Use this mixture to cook pancakes in a skillet.

Step 2

Sauté the finely chopped onion and grated carrot separately. Combine the onion and carrot mixture with mayonnaise.

Step 3

Place the pancakes on a plate and spread the prepared cream on each one. Set aside to cool.
