Ingredients
- Veal Liver 30 oz
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the liver in water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Step 2
Boil the rice. Boil the eggs.
Step 3
Fry the grated carrots with the onion.
Step 4
Combine all the filling ingredients and add mayonnaise. Mix and add seasoning.
Step 5
Rinse the liver under running water and grind it with the onion in a meat grinder.
Step 6
Add a pinch of baking soda, flour, semolina, salt, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 7
Bake the pancakes and let them cool.
Step 8
Place a pancake on a plate, add the filling on top.
Step 9
Add another pancake and then more filling. Repeat until finished.
