Ingredients
- Veal Liver 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 1 head
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the pork or beef liver through a meat grinder, add the egg, milk, flour, and salt. Roll out pieces of the resulting mixture like pancakes and bake.
Step 2
For the filling, sauté the grated carrots and onions. Crush the garlic and mix it with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Spread each pancake with the garlic and mayonnaise mixture, then top with the sautéed carrots and onions. On the last pancake, just add the garlic and mayonnaise.
