Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Lamb Neck Fillet 0 lbs
- White bread 4 slices
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Mushroom seasoning 15 fl oz
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into thin slices according to the number of zrazy, tenderize, season, and let sit for half an hour.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté until golden, mix with crumbled bread, mushrooms, egg, and nutmeg, season, and stir.
Step 3
Place filling on each piece of meat, roll into a tube, tie with string, and coat with flour.
Step 4
In a pot, melt the butter, add the zrazy, and simmer on low heat. Once the meat is browned, pour in the broth and continue to simmer until cooked through.
