- Garlic 1 clove
- Pine nuts 0 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese 0 oz
- Linguine pasta 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine arugula, garlic, and pine nuts in a blender, and blend while gradually adding olive oil.
Step 2
Add cheese and season with salt.
Step 3
Cook the linguine, drain it, and reserve 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
Step 4
Mix the pesto with the linguine and the reserved 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Serve topped with Pecorino cheese to taste.
