Description

Lightly salted salmon served with a delicious white wine sauce.

Ingredients

  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 20 oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Paprika 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour the wine into a saucepan and place it over high heat. As soon as the wine comes to a boil, reduce the flame to low and let it simmer for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.

Step 2

Then remove from heat, add a piece of butter to the reduced wine, and whisk it into the wine. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and coarsely chopped cilantro, along with a teaspoon of paprika, mix well, and pour the sauce over thinly sliced salmon.
