- Lightly Salted Red Fish 20 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the wine into a saucepan and place it over high heat. As soon as the wine comes to a boil, reduce the flame to low and let it simmer for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
Step 2
Then remove from heat, add a piece of butter to the reduced wine, and whisk it into the wine. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and coarsely chopped cilantro, along with a teaspoon of paprika, mix well, and pour the sauce over thinly sliced salmon.
