Light Vegetable Sauté
Ingredients
- Bell pepper 10 oz
- Zucchini 10 oz
- Eggplant 10 oz
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Leek 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Cheese 5 oz
- Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the vegetables into rounds.
Step 2
Layer them in a deep dish one after the other.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add olive oil and half a glass of water with tomato paste.
Step 5
It is preferable to use a glass dish with a lid, or bake in foil.
Step 6
Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes, then remove, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the already turned-off oven to let the cheese melt.
