Light steamed chicken meatballs with sour cream and garlic sauce
Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Ground meat 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Garlic 2 heads
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Red Curry Powder to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice.
Step 2
Mix the rice well with the ground chicken, add salt, pepper, and curry to taste.
Step 3
Roll small balls and place each one separately in a steamer (I used a multicooker).
Step 4
For the sauce, mix finely chopped herbs and garlic with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste. The mixture can be blended if desired.
Step 5
Spread the finished meatballs with the sour cream sauce and serve.
