Light Mushroom Stew
Ingredients
- Champignons 15 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Sour Cream to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and cut each into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater or cut it into thin strips.
Step 4
In a baking dish, combine all the ingredients and mix, add the garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle lightly with vinegar and vegetable oil.
Step 5
Bake at 355°F until cooked through.
Step 6
Serve the finished mushroom stew with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. You can also garnish with fresh herbs.
