Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the chicken breast through a meat grinder twice. Add grated carrot and finely chopped onion that has been sautéed until golden brown. Mix in 15% fat sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine everything well.
Step 2
Shape the patties. Steam for 20 minutes. You can also coat the patties in breadcrumbs and fry them in vegetable oil.
