  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Lentils 10 oz
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the lentils and soak them for 2 hours.

Step 2

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into strips.

Step 3

Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into rings.

Step 4

Wash the herbs and chop them.

Step 5

Cut the smoked sausage into large strips.

Step 6

Cut the smoked bacon into cubes, add the sausage, and lightly fry.

Step 7

Add the carrots and onion.

Step 8

Sauté everything in a deep skillet, adding a little water or broth. Season with salt and spices.

Step 9

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 10

Then add the lentils, salt, pepper, bay leaf, a little herbs, and pour in 300 ml of hot water.

Step 11

Cover the skillet with a lid and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
