Lentil Meatballs

Ingredients
- Red Lentils 10 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Sweet Paprika to taste
- Smoked Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the lentils in boiling water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Cook the rice.
Step 3
Place the soaked lentils, 1/3 of the cooked rice, chopped onion, crushed garlic, and all spices to taste in a blender.
Step 4
You can add soy sauce instead of salt.
Step 5
Grind everything as finely as possible.
Step 6
Mix the resulting filling with the rice.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Roll into balls and bake for about 30 minutes. The key is not to overcook.
Step 8
Serve with buckwheat noodles and tomato sauce.
