Lentil Casserole
Ingredients
- Lentils 1 cup
- Onion 1 head
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Ham 5 oz
- Dill ½ bunch
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Curry a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the peeled onion in a blender and sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Rinse the lentils and boil them in salted water. Drain in a colander.
Step 3
Blend the onion, lentils, herbs, semolina, and eggs together. Add curry and finely chopped ham (you can sauté it slightly beforehand).
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a foil baking dish and bake in a preheated oven (390°F) for 35-40 minutes.
