Ingredients
- Leek 1 stalk
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter over low heat, slowly pouring in the milk, then add the cheese. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic to the mixture.
Step 2
Place the leek on a baking sheet, sprinkle with herbs (to taste), and pour the prepared mixture over it.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40–45 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the leek into 3 pieces crosswise and then slice each piece lengthwise.
