Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ground coriander 1½ teaspoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Ground Cumin 3 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Poultry 5 lbs
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into 10 pieces and place them in the marinade. Stir, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Grease the grill with oil and preheat. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and season with salt. Grill the chicken, turning frequently, for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
