Lazy Cutlets in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Meat 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the meat as you would for cutlets.
Step 2
Place a slice of onion on half of the meat and pound it again on top of the onion.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Fold the meat in half and pound the edges to seal.
Step 5
Coat in egg (beaten with salt and pepper), then in breadcrumbs, then again in egg, and again in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Fry one side over medium heat, flip, and finish cooking on low heat until done, covering with a lid.
