Description

This recipe uses chicken mince, but you can use any other type. You can skip baking and even avoid layering the ingredients; just chop everything and sauté it in a pan. You can also wrap the filling in leaves, but the preparation and presentation of the layered version is much more beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Napa Cabbage 1 piece
  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Pickles 2 pieces
  • Herbed Cream Cheese 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Peel the eggplant and cut it into cubes.

Place the minced meat and onion in a heated pan.

Then add the eggplant and sauté everything together until almost cooked (there will be another 20 minutes of cooking in the oven).
