
Lazy Cabbage Rolls with Minced Meat and Vegetables

Description
This recipe uses chicken mince, but you can use any other type. You can skip baking and even avoid layering the ingredients; just chop everything and sauté it in a pan. You can also wrap the filling in leaves, but the preparation and presentation of the layered version is much more beautiful.
Ingredients
- Napa Cabbage 1 piece
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Veal Mince 20 oz
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Herbed Cream Cheese 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Peel the eggplant and cut it into cubes.
Step 4
Place the minced meat and onion in a heated pan.
Step 5
Add herbed salt and lemon pepper.
Step 6
Then add the eggplant and sauté everything together until almost cooked (there will be another 20 minutes of cooking in the oven).
Step 7
While the minced meat is frying, chop the bell pepper and tomato.
Step 8
Cut the pickles into strips and then into cubes.
Step 9
Separate the cabbage leaves.
Step 10
Heat the clarified butter in a pan.
Step 11
Place the cabbage leaves at the bottom.
Step 12
Fill them with the minced meat on top.
Step 13
Then sprinkle with pickles.
Step 14
Layer several times this way (as long as the ingredients last).
Step 15
Pour the liquid left after frying the minced meat and vegetables over the last layer of minced meat.

Cover the top with cabbage leaves.

Place the tomatoes and bell pepper on the next layer.
Step 18
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 355°F.

Let the finished dish cool slightly before serving.
