  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Shred the cabbage. Chop the onion and grate the carrot.

Step 2

Turn on the multicooker in the 'Bake' mode, add the filling, and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

At the same time, sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the carrot and cabbage. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Break up the minced meat in the multicooker using a wooden spatula. Transfer the vegetables into the multicooker. Stir them together with the minced meat.

Add 1 cup of rice (using the measuring cup for the rice cooker), then add salt, pepper, seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix everything together, then add about 1.5 cups of water.

Step 6

Set the multicooker to the "Pilaf" mode. Cook for about 40 minutes.
