- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Butter to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry, removing it from the packaging.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes and make a puree with butter.
Step 3
Mix the puree with grated cheese.
Step 4
Gently roll out the thawed pastry in one direction.
Step 5
Cut into squares of 8 by 8 centimeters.
Step 6
Place a tablespoon of filling in each square.
Step 7
Seal the pastry into an envelope shape.
Step 8
Brush each finished pastry with lightly beaten egg and let sit on the baking sheet for 20–30 minutes.
Step 9
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 355°F.
