Ingredients

  • Lamb 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Clarified Butter 0 oz
  • Spinach 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lamb into cubes and fry in butter.

Step 2

Add finely chopped onion to the pot with the meat and continue frying until the onion is cooked.

Step 3

Then add salt, pepper, washed and coarsely chopped spinach, and pour in hot water to cover the ingredients.

Step 4

Simmer the lamb until cooked in a covered pot.
