- Lamb 15 oz
- Garlic 12 cloves
- Rosemary 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic, peel it, and mash it into a paste; separate the rosemary leaves from the stem; mix the cumin with the garlic and rosemary, add salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

Wash the meat, dry it, and coat it on all sides with the olive-garlic dressing, let it marinate for 10–15 minutes, and sear on a hot grill pan over high heat for 1 minute on each side.

Transfer the lamb to a preheated oven at 300°F (300 degrees Fahrenheit) and roast for 15–20 minutes, then let it rest for 7 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the zucchini into thin long strips and sauté in batches on the grill pan over high heat for 1 minute on each side, season with salt and pepper.

Chop the mint; squeeze the lime for juice.
Step 6
Cut the lamb into pieces.

Arrange the lamb and zucchini on a plate, drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with olive oil, and top with mint before serving.
