Ingredients
- Onion 5 oz
- Lamb 25 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Prunes 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces of 1x5 cm. Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it, then add the meat and sauté as well. Sprinkle with flour, add spices, and mix.
Step 2
Then pour in hot water to completely cover the meat, and simmer on low heat, covered.
Step 3
Shortly before the end of cooking, add the prunes (previously soaked for 12 hours without pits) and sugar. Serve with fluffy rice as a side dish.
