Lamb with Peppers and Beans
Ingredients
- Lamb Shoulder 12 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Canned Baby Beets 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Baking Tomatoes 15 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the vegetables into cubes.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the lamb for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add the chopped peppers, celery, finely chopped onion, and garlic. Sauté over medium heat for about 10 minutes until soft. Add the beans, tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons of parsley, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the meat into strips and mix with the vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley or any herbs of your choice.
