Ingredients

  • Lamb 5 oz
  • Clarified Butter 0 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Tomato Puree 0 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Pickles 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lamb into cubes and sauté in butter.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and mix it with the lamb.

Step 3

Add tomato puree, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Pour a little broth, previously made from bones, into the pot with the meat and simmer on low heat.

Step 5

10–15 minutes before the lamb is done, add the toasted flour diluted with broth.

Step 6

Serve the lamb sprinkled with parsley.

Step 7

Pickles should be served separately.
