Ingredients

- Lamb 0 lbs
- Morels 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cognac 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 1 cup
- Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
- Thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the meat until browned, then transfer it to a plate.
Step 3
In the remaining fat from the meat, sauté the chopped onion and garlic, and the sliced mushroom caps, then pour in a small shot of cognac and the wine, followed by the tomato juice. Add thyme, return the meat to the skillet, and simmer until cooked through (about 40–50 minutes).
