Lamb with Green Beans and Egg

Ingredients
- Lamb 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the lamb, cut into pieces, to make broth.
Step 2
Place the cooked meat in a pot, add finely chopped and sautéed onion in butter, pour in some broth, and simmer the meat for 15–20 minutes in a covered pot.
Step 3
Separately, blanch the coarsely chopped green beans in the broth and drain them in a sieve.
Step 4
Place the stewed meat in a pot, surround it with the cooked green beans, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, then pour in beaten eggs and place in the oven for 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the lamb sprinkled with chopped parsley.
