Ingredients
- Lamb 20 oz
- Beans 1 cup
- Onion 1 head
- Tomatoes 5 oz

Step 1
Cut the lamb into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in oil.
Step 2
Transfer to a shallow pot, add pre-soaked beans, 2.5–3 cups of water, and cook for about an hour.
Step 3
Then add lightly sautéed onion, chopped tomatoes, and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, sprinkle with parsley.
