- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Onion 2 heads
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon

- Lamb Neck Fillet 0 lbs
- Ground clove 1 teaspoon
- Dried Apricots 10 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 10 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté over low heat for about 10 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add the spices and mix well.
Step 3
Increase the heat, add the diced meat, and brown for a few minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Add the pitted dates, pomegranate juice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
