Ingredients
- Lamb 20 oz
- Fat Tail Fat 0 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Rice 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Cut the lamb into small pieces, pour in two liters of water, add finely chopped cilantro and fat tail.
Step 2
Once the broth boils, add finely chopped onion, crushed rice, and cook until ready.
Step 3
Five minutes before it's done, add pepper and herbs.
