Description
Lamb Shoulder Kebab
Ingredients
- Lamb Shoulder 0 lbs
- Onion 10 oz
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Mint Leaves 6 pieces
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pass the lamb shoulder meat through a meat grinder with a fine mesh twice. Beat it well.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro, mint leaves, and onion.
Step 4
Add the onion, chopped herbs, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the minced meat. Optionally, you can add ground chili pepper.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix the minced meat and beat it well again.
Step 6
Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Light the grill.
Step 7
Shape the minced meat into kebabs and thread them onto flat skewers — the contact area between the skewer and the meat should be large, and the kebabs should not be thick — no more than 3 cm in diameter.
Step 8
Cook the kebabs over an open flame for about 7 minutes, constantly turning. If the heat is very strong, 3-4 minutes will be enough.
Step 9
Serve the finished kebabs with fresh vegetables and herbs.
