
Lamb Shashlik with Vegetables

Ingredients
- Rack of Lamb 0 lbs
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 6 pieces
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb meat into pieces weighing 50–60 grams.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
Step 3
Place the prepared meat in an enamel dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the sliced onion rings.
Step 5
Mix and leave in a cool place for 3–4 hours.
Step 6
Wash the vegetables and mushrooms.
Step 7
Cut into large pieces.
Step 8
Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with vegetables.
Step 9
Grill over hot coals without flames, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Step 10
Serve with your favorite herbs.
