Ingredients
- Boneless Lamb Leg 5 lbs
- Fresh Rose Hips 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 head

Step 1
Wash the lamb and place it in a baking dish.

Make cuts 1 cm deep.
Step 3
Sprinkle with salt.

Grind the black pepper.

Separate the cloves from the head of garlic and place them on top.

Lay the rosemary on the meat.
Step 7
Drizzle with olive oil.

Cover with foil, securing it around the edges of the dish.

Make a second layer of foil that can be removed shortly before the cooking is finished to allow the meat to develop a golden crust.

Preheat the oven to maximum, then place the lamb inside and reduce the temperature to 340°F. Bake for 3 hours. To check the meat's readiness, you can make a cut.
