- Lamb 5 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into 3 pieces and sauté in butter with finely chopped onion.
Step 2
Place in a low pot, pour broth or boiling water until the meat is halfway covered, add the bay leaf, and simmer covered until partially cooked.
Step 3
Then add the rice, rinsed raisins, and prunes, pour everything with broth, and simmer covered until the rice is cooked (simmer on low heat or in the oven for at least 2 hours).
